DESCRIPTION
The project is a complex of holiday residences in Kondias settlement, in Lemnos. Kondias is characterized as a traditional settlement by law, so the design process follows strictly the current legal provisions but with an architectural view.
The complex develops in two two-story stone buildings, that accommodate six apartments. Privacy needs of the tenants, autonomy, and unobstructed view from all the residences, were the initials of this design project.
The first building houses four autonomous apartments and the reception area. The second one, houses two two-story residences.
