In 2008, a technical office is established by the civil engineer Stasinos Sampalos in Myrina, Lemnos. The first projects mainly concern studies, supervision of private projects like residences and topographic surveys.
The demand and requirements are constantly increasing, resulting in the expansion of the professional activities of the office. The services are expanding, including more demanding studies like hotels, factories, large commercial units.
The technical office is now housed in a modern office complex. The change of headquarters led us to also update our professional equipment and the enrichment of our team with new partners.
In 2020 Myrinarc was established with the aim of providing high-level integrated services in the field of architectural design and construction. Due to the increased demand, design interest now focuses on tourism and hospitality infrastructures. The services include issuance of building permits, architectural studies on a small and large scale, photorealistic illustrations etc. Until today, Myrinarc has carried out several studies for new hotel units, tourist accommodation, country houses, etc. in areas both outside the plan and within traditional settlements.
