The project is located at Keros beach area in Lemnos. The plot has a great view of Alyki Salt Lake at north, and Keros gulf at the east. Large openings framing the landscape, private gardens allowing free access to nature and minimum interventions to the natural landscape, are some of our main design goals. Following the light natural slope of the terrain, and the plot shape restrictions, the complex is developed in one volume which disintegrates into different levels. The building hosts seven in total residences: three ground-floor and four with an attic. The ground floor consists of a small kitchen, a bathroom, spacious bedroom which extends outdoors to the private veranda. The rooms with the extra attic, host their bedrooms upstairs offering a great panoramic view to the landscape through large windows. Along the north side of the building, vertical wall elements are placed as a protection for the room entrances, from the northern wind. These elements also, signalize the path leading to the reception- coffee area which is placed in the most privileged position of the plot, offering a 360ᵒ view.
