This complex of holiday residences and apartments is located in Kontopouli of Lemnos. The project develops in a two-story building as an asymmetric Π. The building Π-shaped composition is designed to leave a free, wide garden in the center of it. Eight apartments and sixteen studio rooms, with private balcony or terrace develop around this planted patio. Communal spaces are designed in the heart of the building in order to be easily accessible from the rooms. A generous veranda on the first floor, covered by pergola, hosts the breakfast area, enhancing guests’ experience of outdoor and collective way of life of Greek islands.
