The complex of holiday residences is located near the beach of Platy settlement in Lemnos. It consists of apartments, three studio rooms and a common area with a pool bar. Designed according to the privacy needs of vacationists, each room has a private covered terrace with a panorama view to the sea. Unobstructed view from all spaces and minimum interventions to natural landscape, are two of our main design goals. Following the natural slope, the complex is developed at two levels. On the first level are the houses, reception area, the café and the apartments the second level hosts the common area around the pool bar.
