Many laws have been enacted from time to time to regularize/legalize arbitrary constructions. Law 4495/2017 the last one. The necessary condition for entering this law is that the arbitrary construction preexists July 28, 2011. It is necessary to regularize the arbitrary constructions on your property when a contract has to be carried out. (Purchase, sale, parental provision, etc.)
In case your building has arbitrary constructions, which meet the eligibility criteria, we follow the following procedure:
– Autopsy and survey of the property
– Apply to architectural and archaeology councils for approval
– Application to the 4495/2017 law and fines payment
– Preparation of the new architectural plan
– Completion of incorporation into 4497/2017 law on unauthorized constructions
